Before You Book
At Nats Lash Sanctuary, every appointment is designed to feel peaceful, unhurried, and beautifully tailored to you. Please take a moment to read the essentials below so your experience is as seamless and relaxing as possible.

New Clients
To ensure the best start to your lash journey:
- Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and complete your consultation
- New clients receive a brief consultation so we can discuss your lash goals, preferences, and any sensitivities
- If you have previously had lashes done elsewhere, please book a REMOVAL for foreign lashes prior to your appointment to ensure the cleanest, healthiest foundation

Preparing for Your Appointment
For the cleanest application and longest‑lasting results:
- Arrive with fresh, makeup‑free lashes
- Avoid mascara for 24 hours prior
- Limit caffeine beforehand to help your eyes stay relaxed
- Remove contact lenses if you wear them

Health and Wellbeing
Your comfort is my priority. Please reschedule if you are experiencing:
- Eye irritation, infection, or a stye
- Severe allergy or hay fever symptoms

Policies
To maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment:
- Please arrive alone with no guests as they cannot be accommodated in your appointment

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.

After hours bookings are available upon request. Please reach out prior to booking.
